Shipping & Returns

Please note we are currently only shipping to the UK.

How is the item shipped?

Our 180mm x 180 mm prints are shipped in well-sealed flat reinforced envelopes.

Dispatch and delivery times

An order will usually take up to 4 working days to be dispatched. 

Estimated delivery times: 

• UK (Royal Mail Tracked 48: aim is 2 working days (including Saturdays) 

If you need your order more urgently, please use the Contact Page to discuss a faster service.

Damage to goods in transit must be pictured and sent to us straight away.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery. We cannot accept return requests received outside this window. 

Items must then be shipped back undamaged in their original packaging within a further 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your account after we receive the item back.
